Room was a nice size and ideal for what we needed. Considering we are travelling with a toddler, all we really needed was a nice, child safe, comfortable room which we had. And a nice balcony view of the pool and sea. The pool has a few slides which are ideal for the kids and a nice big main pool for older kids and adults. Entertainment every day, and fitness classes at the pool were a bonus for those wanting to get involved. At the far end of the pool was a few steps down to a nice big sandy beach and clear blue sea. Breakfast buffer catered for every taste in our opinion. Plenty of choice fir the little one too. Many people, us included, would take a few small items for the little one to have at lunch time. Kids entertainment every day at 5pm went down well with out little one. Followed by evening entertainment which we really enjoyed.

Staff is super friendly and helpful! couldn’t ask for better. The room was big enough,clean and tidy, it’s just a shame that the bed had 2 single mattresses instead of a double. The food was delicious and with a lot of variety. they even gave us baby food for our little one and were happy to prepare special dishes for her. The outdoor spaces were clean and welcoming. The indoor pool was a bit cold some days Loved the kids show happening every evening,my baby had loads of fun. I would say this hotel is ideal for families with kids as you can really enjoy it while feeling safe.

Location of this hotel is excelent, right on the beach, not in the port area but still close to have shops and markets nearby. The pool was amazing, great place for kids to have fun and play. The food was delicious on all meals.

Hotel is 10/10 for toddlers vacation Its quit big full of families with kids, the kids club has lot of activities for 4 years and above. Hotel has daily entertainment schedule the team is very creative and social. All staff in all facilities are super welcoming and nice to kids The hotel has 3 pools ..one has slides which was lovely for kids but wishing that there was a special guard for it Beach is within walking distance and its one of the most beautiful ones in Mallorca but its almost impossible to find sun beds as its not private for the hotel. We booked star prestige half board… so we got special access to rooftop bar & sea view Jacuzzi…this was a nice touch to enjoy some calm times away from crowds on the pool. Free drinks and snacks were also included in this room type also we got a special like VIP check in and here we give a special thanks to Yanna (hope we pronounce right) at reception she really provides a 5 stars hotel service to all customers …everyday she would check on us and make sure that our stay is relaxed. For breakfast & dinner there was something for everyone and the quality was normal to such type of big all inclusive hotels.( I would rate higher if there is a pasta live cooking station as there is one for pizza& meats ) Room is average 4 stars standards …nothing special but i think its originally designed to accommodate 2 ppl only. Hotel is one hour away from aiprort but the area is worth visiting as its very calm and relaxing

The hotel is well maintained and quite new, the staff is very nice and helpful, the animation team is absolutelíy great, the programs are fantastic and they take care about all ages.

First of all, if you have no family, don’t go there; 80% of tourists have at least one child below 6. + Breakfast und Lunch is superb (20 Meters of food well presented) + beach is very nice (~20 Euro for sun loungers a day); better, buy a sun umbrella + attachment in the shop for 12 EUR and use it + internet speed and everything else is working + if you come from Palma take the Bus A32; also when you go somewhere else ( for taxis you have to book it and wait up to one hour) + check in and check out easy + all speak ok english and German + room for children is very good, gym Ok

Perfect for families with kids. Beautiful room with very nice furniture We got a free upgrade and got a room with ocean view and pool view which was amazing Personal are mega nice, since we arrived around 21:00 and our kid was sleeping, they offered us free sandwiches and drink which was super kind and helpful. There are plenty of kids programs and even you can leave your kids ( if they are over 4) in a kid club and rest a little bit. Hotel is directly on see side and beach is super nice and clean. There are hundreds of restaurants and bars and super markets around and if you drive ( or by bus) almost 20 minutes , you get to the old town which is super beautiful with many good restaurants We didn’t book lunch and dinner there, because we wanted to be independent and try different restaurants but people Told , food is very good In our booking was breakfast included which was an amazing buffet. Almost Whatever you could imagine for breakfast was available fresh and in best quality

Star camp for kids. Nearby beach. International cuisine every dinner. Cold and purified drinking water in the hallway. The staff are wonderful, especially those that work in the kitchen and restaurant.

Accommodation was very nice. Rooms clean and spacious. The food is varied, tasty. Fantastic beach. However, I have to praise the staff the most, I have never met with better care and willingness. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

The buffet selection was VERY good. Lots of options to pick from everyday and fresh ones! The swimming pools and activities were super fun. Loves the creperie right next to the beach! The sports bar was also very cool
